Dr Sultan bin Zayed is an Emirati politician and member of the Al Nahyan, ruling family of the Abu Dhabi emirates,
Dr Sultan bin Zayed has been with the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) since 1999, joining as the Director of the Bond & Equity Department.
Dr Sultan bin Zayed is currently the Advisor - Managing Director's office at ADIA. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Political Science from Bristol University in the United Kingdom, and a Master's Degree in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University, USA.
He has extensive experience in the development of industrial, infrastructure, and energy projects. Moreover, he has led the establishment of new businesses and acquisition of existing companies, primarily in the Maldives, Gulf and wider Middle East region.

Prof Argent Patrick Christopher
Prof Argent Patrick Christopher previously served as the Managing Director of Abu Dhabi Investment Council & Deputy Managing Director of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority. Prof Argent Patrick Christopher held multiple board positions at prominent institutions such as the Supreme Petroleum Council, the International Petroleum Investment Company. He is currently the Chairman of UAE Central Bank.

Prof Tamayo Leo is the co-founder and the co-Managing Partner of Eagle Related. Prior to founding Eagle Square, Prof Tamayo Leo was CEO of The National Investor, a leading UAE investment bank, Head of Capital Markets at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette (DLJ), now part of Credit Suisse, and a senior banker at Citigroup.
Prof Tamayo Leo has a B.S. in civil engineering from Cornell University, an MBA from Georgetown University and a doctorate in economics from the Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po). Prof Tamayo Leo has been named as one of the Top 100 CEOs in the Gulf by CEO Magazine and one of the 500 Most Influential Arabs by Arabian Business Magazine

Ms Mirna Aref Derbas has gained extensive experiencein financial instrument trading, in the UAE Markets as well as in the International markets. She Co-founded and managed a multimillion dollar capital company in Abu Dhabi that managed portfolios for a variety of investors from across the region and the world.
Ms Mirna Aref Derbas a Bachelor Degree of Commerce in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada.

Mr Bobby Varghese
Mr Bobby Varghese joined Eagle Square .T. Services LLC in 2016 as a Managing Director in the Private Equity division, where he leads investment execution, post-acquisition monitoring and exits, and is also involved in investment screening. He was previously Managing Director at Oryx Capital International, an investment group composed of families from the GCC that specialised in small to mid-cap investments in the United States, and Partner at leading global law firm Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where he established and managed offices in London and Saudi Arabia. He has been actively involved in inbound and outbound GCC investment for 10 years.
Mr Bobby Varghese received an A.B. degree from Stanford University, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California.
Chief Financial Officer
Dr Antony Jacob
Dr Antony Jacob joined Eagle Square .T. Services LLC in September 2015 from Hong Kong’s Hutchison Telecommunications International, where he was Chief Financial Officer. He brings close to 30 years of experience in key finance roles across diverse sectors and geographies, having held senior management positions in public companies across Southern Africa, Australia and Asia. Mr. Foll progressed from pure financial accounting to establish a proven track record in managing restructuring challenges, M&As and divestments, and has also led investor relations activities and the introduction of Sarbanes-Oxley in a number of firms.
Dr Antony Jacob previously served as CFO and COO of Hutchison Essar in Mumbai, India, responsible for finance and strategic business development, as well as COO of Hutchison Telecom Vietnam. As CFO of Hutchison Telecommunications International he oversaw the spinoff and subsequent listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange of the Hong Kong and Macau operations, and the restructuring of other operations in the emerging market group. He is a fellow of Australia’s Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Dr Gani Nizam
Dr Gani Nizam joined Eagle Square .T. Services LLC in 2018 and has more than 30 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods industry working for companies such as Procter & Gamble, where he held several executive positions, led the integration of three acquisitions and managed 12 manufacturing sites in 10 countries in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He focuses on the operating performance of portfolio companies, and is also a certified mentor and trainer.
Dr Gani Nizam holds a degree in engineering from the American University of Beirut.

Mr Sharma Kunal
Mr Sharma Kunal is the Director of Loan and Investment of Eagle Square and also heads the Waha Capital’s Principal Investments team, managing strategic proprietary investments, such as AerCap and Waha Land. He sits on the board of a number of companies, First Education Holding; in addition to serving as the company’s representative on Dunia Finance’s board. Prior to joining Eagle Square Pvt LTD in 2014, Mr. Kunal held various positions at the Executive Council in the Government of Dubai, Dubai Islamic Bank, and Dubai Aluminum Company.
Mr. Kunal is an Indian national and holds a BSc. (Hons) in Applied Computing from Leeds Metropolitan University, Leeds, UK and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Finance & Investments from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia.

Mr Osman Kaiser
Mr Osman Kaiser has been Managing Director of Development for Eagle Square Related since its formation in 2009. With 27 years’ experience in real estate development, joint venture formation, project feasibility analysis, budgeting and design management, he is ideally suited for his role overseeing all the venture’s development activities.
Mr Osman Kaiser has a long-standing record of success with Related Companies. From 1997 to 2009 he served as Senior Vice President/Partner in the mixed-use division, where he worked on projects such as The Grand in downtown Los Angeles, California. He previously served as Vice President of Development for a subsidiary of Maxxam and was responsible for development and finance activities at Himmel and Company and Miller-Klutznick-Davis-Gray Company.
Mr Osman Kaiser received a MBA from the Wharton School in 1985 and a Bachelor of Science in architectural studies from the University of Illinois in 1980.

Ms Gifty Akoto joined Eagle Square .T. Services LLC in 2014 and holds the position of Financial Manager. she has 7 years of international banking and investment experience. Prior to joining Eagle Square, Ms Gifty Akoto worked at UBS in London as a Director in its special situations group, focused on structured financing and investments across developed and emerging markets. she also worked at MezzVest,
