Al Maryah Central Retail Mall

The dynamic, US $1 billion Al Maryah Central development, at the centre of Al Maryah Island, will include stunning new boutiques and top international fashion brands, along with a chic dining district showcasing innovative chefs and restaurateurs nestled amidst outdoor open-air entertainment venues.

The 2.8 million sq. ft. regional mall will feature 500 store strong retail offerings, including 100 restaurants and cafés, a 21-screen VOX cinema with IMAX, a medical center, a crèche, a health-club, a public library, a food market as well as three rooftop parks atop the mall.

Subsequent phases of the development will include residential units and a hotel in two high-rise towers. Al Maryah Central will seamlessly link to the adjacent property, The Galleria on Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi's luxury waterfront shopping and dining destination. The two combined properties represent over 2 million sq. ft. of the regions first comprehensive one stop retail, leisure, dining and entertainment experience in Abu Dhabi.

The Galleria on Al Maryah Island is a luxury waterfront destination located at Abu Dhabi Global Market Square, adjacent to the Rosewood Abu Dhabi, Four Seasons Hotel at Al Maryah Island, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi and Al Maryah Central.
